With followers all over the world, Kyle Thomas’s name continues to grow. Several questions are often sent his way by journalists and publications, wanting a deeper look into the man who distills the stars. Enjoy this short Q&A!

How did you get started and how did you get to where you are today?

Kyle Thomas: Throughout my life, I've had the opportunity to explore many different roads. Yet, as one may see in retrospect, they all led me to be here now. I grew up with an innate curiosity about life, history, other people, and the esoteric. I felt deeply that there was something greater that tied us all together, often found where art and spirituality become one: in myth and in storytelling. Since I was young, I studied myths and religions throughout time and across the world, fascinated by how they spoke so profoundly about the mysteries of what makes us human. I was drawn to astrology during that time, enchanted by its ability to not only predict things that had come to pass but the things that would still be. I also found it provocative how astrology could speak so purely about the psychology and patterns of people. This ancient wisdom grew to be a part of my daily life, as I studied it and watched it in action. Over time, I found my skills for astrology grew--and as I had also cultivated other professional experiences in writing, television, media, and business--I soon found that all of these could be synthesized into my career as a pop culture astrologer, as I now stand.

Has it been a smooth road? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?

Kyle Thomas: The road to be here now certainly was not easy. It took a tremendous amount of passion, sacrifice, and resilience. I feel so grateful from the bottom of my soul that I am able to do what I do now: consult with major celebrities, influencers, politicians, and public figures; write for major publications like Cosmopolitan Magazine; reach millions of people through social media and my website every single day; and also speak daily with people worldwide.

Throughout my life, I had to take many risks to be where I am now. Moving across country. Maxing out credit cards just to pay my basic necessities, only to spend years paying them off. Trial and error. There were many "failures," in a sense -- and a great deal of fear. However, as I teach within astrology, challenges are not here to destroy you. They are here to redirect you and make you stronger, like steel forged through fire. And now, to this day, I use all of those heartbreaks as a form of wisdom. Truly, had I not taken all those twists and turns, I wouldn't be the astrologer, artist, and person that I am now.
