On June 30, 2026 until July 26, 2027, Jupiter, our Great Benefic, will dance into the kingdoms of Leo. This is an excellent place for Jupiter to be and we will likely enjoy this period quite much, as well. This is one of the best periods in a twelve-year cycle for singles to line up new suitors, find a soulmate, and fall in love. Dating, courtship, and romance on all levels will become more important to us and easier to come by. However, serial dating, hookups, and passionate whirlwind love affairs that burn hot but fizzle out may become even more prominent. Be aware of this and what your heart truly wants. Next to note is that we will feel expressive, daring, bold, and creative. However, this can also encourage individuals to be more fierce, egotistical, and risky, as we may prioritize our own ideas, thoughts, and motivations above others because Leo is a Fixed Fire sign. Pluto, the planet of rebirth, death, transformation, and domination, will orbit in Aquarius until March 8, 2043, at which point it will weave in and out of Aquarius and Pisces. This will set off a chain reaction of events that will unfold over the coming two decades ahead. Pluto is a planet of intensity, destruction, transformation and rebirth. In a sense, Pluto is like a phoenix — burning down what does not work in order to rise again. Plutonian energy is very often malefic — bringing forth dramatic and painful experiences in order to shed light on truth and bring us incredibly profound growth. On a different note, the True Node, also called the North Node, entered Aquarius on July 26, 2026. This means the South Node entered into Leo. For the coming years, destined events around Leo-Aquarius themes will become fated in the human collective, as well as in our lives (especially depending on where this falls in your natal chart). The North Node in Aquarius tends to bring new opportunities—such as those around friendships, communities, civil rights, equality, technology, space, and the pursuit of our hopes and dreams. The situations arising now will be closely linked to the themes and conversations that followed the solar eclipse in Aquarius (28 degrees) on February 17, 2026. This year, the Buck Moon is also a full moon in Aquarius. This Air sign’s energy will be infused into our lives. Aquarius is the eleventh zodiac sign on the wheel and is the polarity of Leo. This means that both zodiac signs hold ties to our passions, sense of expression, aspirations and how we connect to others—whether that is in love or friendship. Be aware that we are officially in eclipse season – so news from the lunar eclipse a month from now could actually be popping up quite early. Solar eclipses bring intense changes—which is why we always pay more attention to them both astronomically and astrologically. These cosmic events occur on a new moon and are three times more powerful than a normal new moon. They blast open a door to us as we embrace new opportunities, projects, plans and horizons. Most people receive news of a solar eclipse on the day it occurs, but others may instead notice the shift in the weeks that surround it. Keep your antennae up to see what the universe has in store. This is the first total solar eclipse for mainland Europe since 1999 and is visible from parts of Russia, Greenland, Iceland, and Spain. Regions that will be able to see it, at least partially are Europe, North in Asia, North and West Africa, Much of North America, Pacific, Atlantic, Arctic. The full eclipse begins at 9:58 AM (Pacific). The maximum eclipse occurs at 10:46 AM. The full eclipse ends at 11:34 AM (Pacific). People will be able to see the partially eclipse begin as early as 8:34 AM (Pacific) and last until nearly 12:57 AM (Pacific). About 12% of Earth’s population will be able to see at least a part of the eclipse. Solar eclipses often reveal their news in the day or week that surrounds it—but sometimes can begin to manifest as early as a month prior or a month after. The energy of this elemental Fire sign will roar throughout our lives. Leo is the fifth zodiac sign on the wheel and aligns with romance, creativity, recreation and children. It pushes us to express ourselves and shine our light out into the world. The actions that are taken near this time will likely manifest near the full moon in Leo (2 degrees) on January 22, 2027. The Sturgeon Moon this year is a lunar eclipse! The Sturgeon Moon arrives on August 27, 2026 at 4 degrees of Pisces This is a very deep (96.2%) partial lunar eclipse visible to residents of North and South America and parts of Europe, and Africa. Regions that will be able to see it, at least partially, are Europe, West in Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Pacific, Atlantic, Indian Ocean, Antarctica. The partial eclipse begins at 7:33 PM (Pacific). The maximum eclipse occurs at 9:12 PM (Pacific). The partial eclipse ends at 10:51 PM (Pacific). The penumbral eclipse begins as early as 6:23 PM (Pacific) and the penumbral eclipse ends as late as 12:01 AM (Pacific) on August 28, 2026. The moon will be 96.2% obscured by Earth's umbra. Because it is not technically 100% obscured, it is not officially a “Blood Moon.” The overall duration is 5 hours and 38 minutes. The duration of the partial phase is 3 hours and 18 minutes. The duration of the penumbral phase is 2 hours and 20 minutes. About 44% of Earth's population will be able to at least see the eclipse partially, while 12% of Earth's population will be able to see it from beginning to end. This year, the Sturgeon Moon is also a lunar eclipse in Pisces. This Water sign’s energy will be infused into our lives. Pisces is the twelfth—and last—zodiac sign on the wheel and is the polarity of Virgo. This means that both zodiac signs hold ties to our health—physical or mental—as well the physical or spiritual world. This duality grounds us in the practical while also opening us up to the divine, as well. The situations and conversations coming to culmination now will be connected to the patterns that originated at the new moon in Pisces (28 degrees) after March 18, 2026. Lunar eclipses are three times more powerful and emotional than full moons.
